We're looking for a new Development Manager as one of our valued team members moves on.
This role will lead the research and design of existing and potential AWDT programmes, and measurement of their impact.
Our new Development Manager will join our small dynamic team and contribute in a number of ways. It’s essential that you understand the primary sector and ideally you have lived or worked in it for some time.
Professionally, you’ll be a strong project manager, understand principles of quality research, have good digital understanding and the ability to manage a budget. You’ll be passionate about learning and development, will understand adult learning principles and will have worked in an environment where managing or co-ordinating learning has been a critical part of your role.
Strong links or empathy with tikanga Māori would also be beneficial, along with some te reo Māori.
Our team is based in Masterton and we're open to flexible working arrangements.

Generation Change programme update – Christchurch event postponed.
Because we are committed to running Generation Change in full and in-person, the inaugural Christchurch event is now postponed until March 31 2022.
In 2022, we look forward to supporting hundreds of young women plan a career of meaningful work with impact in the primary sector - first in Christchurch, then Palmerston North in May 2022.
